I was at the store on Sunday to drop off an Amazon return. The girl with the cotton candy colored hair couldn't have been more rude. I said hi to her and she just grunted at me. I asked her how she was and she grunted again. You guys are better than this! She should NOT be the face of your store. I will continue to come to you guys, but please take her away from a customer service position such as your counter person. I'm sure other people had the same experience

Koe’s great and always provides top notch service. But the girl with the pink hair has got to go as she is very rude. Now when I see her a just wait to send my shipment until I see Koe who’s usually helpful enough to help me carry everything in with a smile. She is just bad for business luckily Koe’s there most of the time.

The store at 6110 E. Colfax, your agent KOE is awesome! He knows exactly what I need provides the best service I’ve ever had and it’s always open and provide suggestions to help me have exactly what I need.

UPS my choice customer experience: First this location refused to accept an incoming package at least once. When UPS did get them to accept the package, after almost a week that is, and I went within an hour to retrieve it I was told they had no record of it but I was welcome to try another time. Later that same day I received a notice that I had not picked up the package within the allotted time and it was being returned. I've sent an email to the store with screen shots of the notifications asking for an explanation. Total silence. So if you are a paying UPS my choice customer, i do not recomend this location, and clearly neither does the owner. I never had any problems at my old UPS store location, so I know this kind of disservice is a #7255 issue. Edit: I did email you, you clearly didn't read this review or feel the need to acknowledge my email.
